Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Shipping Time
We offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather
- High seasonal demand
- Customs clearance (where applicable)
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Large & Oversized Products
Some garden sheds, storage buildings, and outdoor structures are oversized and may be delivered by a freight carrier. In some cases, the carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
Please ensure someone is available to receive large deliveries when required.

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Elitee is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
